Sparco Investment LLC is a citizenship and residency-by-investment advisory based on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai. We work with families, business owners and professionals who want a second citizenship handled with discretion, honest advice and close attention to the rules of each programme.
We advise on the Caribbean programmes of St Kitts & Nevis, Dominica, Grenada, Saint Lucia and Antigua & Barbuda, and on Turkey. None of them requires relocation, renunciation of your existing citizenship or, in most cases, travel to the country before citizenship is granted.
How we work
We begin with your objectives — mobility, family security, business access or a long-term plan B — and only then discuss programmes. We explain total costs rather than headline figures, we are candid about eligibility and due diligence, and we prepare applications so that they are complete the first time. Every figure we quote is checked against the official programme authority before you commit.

Ahmed Al Dabbagh — Chief Executive Officer
A professional engineer, investor and businessman based in the United Arab Emirates, Mr. Al Dabbagh leads Sparco Investment alongside his other business interests. He is himself a citizen of St Kitts & Nevis, so he advises from the perspective of someone who has been through the process.
Fadi Maher Idris — General Manager
Mr. Idris has more than ten years’ experience in citizenship by investment, Caribbean programmes and migration. He oversees client work day to day: eligibility, file preparation, submissions and the relationship with each programme authority, with an emphasis on compliance and on applications that are complete the first time.
