Grenada’s programme, administered by the Investment Migration Agency (IMA), is often chosen by families who want a single contribution to cover up to four people and by investors interested in Grenada’s treaty relationships. A mandatory interview applies to all applicants aged 17 and over.
Investment options
- National Transformation Fund (NTF): US$235,000 for a single applicant, a couple, or a family of up to four; additional dependants from US$25,000 each depending on age and relationship.
- Approved real estate: from US$270,000 (approved co-investment or shared-ownership units) or US$350,000 (other approved real estate), plus a US$50,000 government fee.
Application fee US$1,500 per person; due diligence US$5,000 per adult applicant (reduced for younger dependants); processing fee US$1,500 per person aged 17 or over and US$500 per person under 17; interview fee US$1,000 per person aged 17 or over.
Who can apply
Applicants must be at least 18, with a clean record, verified source of funds and good health. Dependants can include a spouse, children, parents and grandparents, and in some cases unmarried siblings. New applications from Russian and Belarusian nationals have been suspended since March 2023.

Process and timeline
Applications go through an authorised local agent to the IMA, which coordinates independent due diligence and the interview before approval in principle. The IMA does not publish a fixed processing time; we give a realistic estimate based on current caseloads at consultation.
Points to know before you commit
- No residency or visit requirement.
- Grenada is widely cited as the only Caribbean programme country with a US E-2 treaty; the E-2 is a separate US visa process with its own conditions, and we explain it before it becomes part of any plan.
- The real-estate route requires a minimum holding period and carries a government fee on top of the purchase price.
